A meeting was held in "Uzcharmsanoat" association aimed at further development of modern automated slaughterhouses operating in the Republic and creation of a single electronic database of slaughtered cattle meat.

The meeting was held in the form of a video conference at the initiative of the Association and was attended by the leadership of the Association and the heads of its member slaughterhouses, representatives of the regional departments of the Association, leaders and responsible employees of the State Committee for Veterinary and Livestock Development under the Ministry of Agriculture, and heads of the regional departments of the committee. At the meeting, proposals and initiatives were put forward for further development of modern automated slaughterhouses operating in the territory of the Republic, study of existing problems and development of practical solutions to them.

Also, the activities of modern automated slaughterhouses operating in the regions today were analyzed. In particular, the level of use of the electronic system "VIS BILLUR" in modern slaughterhouses, the financial indicators of slaughterhouses, the issues arising in the delivery of meat and meat products between slaughterhouses and social sector facilities were discussed in detail, and future tasks for their timely and effective solution were determined. Proposals and recommendations of the committee were heard regarding the organization of work in slaughterhouses based on veterinary-sanitary rules. Also, the heads of poultry farms in the regions heard the issues arising in their activities. A decision was made to study them and develop a road map for their timely and effective solution.
