Member enterprises of the “Uzcharmsanoat” Association continue to actively participate in the international exhibitions EliteLine and CAF, held in Almaty, Kazakhstan. On the next day of the exhibitions, the manufacturers of our country made conversations with investors from Germany, Russia, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan. Preliminary agreements were reached on the development of mutual cooperation.

In particular, following the results of negotiations between the domestic company Ulkan-Laziz and the German investor, German side decided to allocate 100 million euros to the joint projects. New enterprises for leather processing and footwear production will be launched in Uzbekistan. It is also assumed that new projects will be implemented in the textile and construction industries. Next week, a German investor will visit Uzbekistan and get acquainted with the business environment and production processes in our country. It is planned to sign initial agreements on the implementation of joint projects in the “Uzcharmsanoat” association.

Last but not least, the leading distributors of the Russian Federation showed great interest in seasonal footwear produced in Uzbekistan at the exhibition. In particular, during negotiations between Sharq Ravon and a large Russian retail chain, an introductory agreement was reached on the supply of seasonal footwear. At the initial stage, the Russian side plans to purchase 20,000 pairs of shoes.

During a meeting between the “Uzcharmsanoat” Association and the Turkish KSAID, the parties discussed the possibility of establishing multifaceted cooperation, including to ensure the participation of Turkish companies at the international exhibition UzCharmExpo-EurAsia-2023 in Tashkent.
