During the visit of the delegation of the association "Uzcharmsanoat" to the Republic of Korea, mutually beneficial negotiations were held with many companies of this country. The next international cooperation is aimed at the construction of treatment facilities in the leather and footwear industry.

 At a meeting between the delegation of the association "Uzcharmsanoat" and the leadership of the South Korean company Beomhan engineering, the issue of building new treatment facilities and modernizing existing ones was discussed in detail.

 Also, with the South Korean company, we considered in detail the possibility of supplying finished leather shoes from Uzbekistan to the market of this country.

 It should be noted that Beomhan engineering was established in 1995. The main activities are the development of technologies for the rational use of water, environmental protection and treatment facilities, as well as service maintenance and quality control. To date, the company has implemented more than 3000 projects in different countries of the world. The project for the construction of treatment facilities using the company's technology will now be implemented in Uzbekistan.

 This meeting with partners is not the first. During the visit of representatives of the South Korean company to Uzbekistan in early March, preliminary organizational issues of the project were discussed. Now the practical phase has started.

 A memorandum of cooperation was signed on the implementation of a joint project between the Uzcharmsanoat Association and Beomhan engineering.

 Based on this document, the Korean company will visit the leather enterprises of our country for two months and conduct research in the field of production, location of enterprises, the impact of production processes on the environment and water. After completion of the studies, the company will prepare the technical parameters of the joint project. The next step is the construction of treatment facilities.
